Before his journey around the world even began, Jeffrey Polnaja, better known by many as Kang JJ was nearly stopped before he could even start. A devastating accident in West Java almost claimed his life. Both of his shoulders and his spine were severely injured, and doctors warned he might be paralyzed for life.
But he refused to accept that fate. Right there in the hospital, through excruciating pain, he forced himself to move, to walk, to train—inch by inch, against all odds.
Painful? Absolutely.
Giving up? Never.
What kept him going wasn’t just adrenaline—it was determination, self-respect, and a quiet belief that with perseverance and good intentions, anything could be overcome.
